Preparing for Pr. Filipek and Family
The Filipeks arrived late Tuesday evening, and Wednesday afternoon the U-Haul trucks were unloaded and moved into the house. Thanks to all that have helped with preparing the parsonage and helping the family to move in on Wednesday. Also, thanks to all who provided food and gift cards to help ease the transition into a new home.
Installation location change!
The location of the Installation service and reception will now be at Trinity. Please let others know that may be attending. The installation of Pr. Filipek as Senior Pastor of Grace and Trinity congregations will be Saturday September 3, 3:00pm at Trinity. There will be a reception after the service in basement Fellowship Hall at Trinity.
Trinity Parking Lot Resurfacing
Demolition and construction of the Trinity parking lot is underway, grading and pouring will happen early next week. There will be no parking on the new concrete surface until cured, probably 10-14 days. Parking will be on the street for and Sunday morning and Wednesday evening this next week and next.
Concordia Academy Opening Day August 22
Join us as we celebrate Matins this coming Monday morning at 8am in the sanctuary at Immanuel. There will be a brief reception afterwards in the Fellowship Hall.
